Paradise Body Butter is and will remain a cruelty-free company. We do not test our products on animals nor do we allow suppliers or affiliates to conduct testing on our behalf. We are proud to be apart of the PETA organization.

Setting up an account with Paradise Body Butter is beneficial to our clients for several reasons, however it is not necessary for purchase. Please move forward with guest checkout.

Address corrections require a $5.00 processing fee.

NOTE: There is a possibility that an order may get shipped less than 24 hours.

NOTE: All emails will receive a response within 48 BUSINESS hours. (email responses may get delayed during high volume times)

If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchasing a reship fee listed on our website. Paradise Body Butter is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Paradise Body Butter may be purchased using Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All Sales Are Final.

Yes we've had customers use it on children as young as 6 months. We do recommend you use your own discretion. Our products are safe and made with 100% natural ingredients and fragrances.

Currently we are shipping only to the United States, Canada and Australia. Please not that customs fees are not included and not covered by Paradise Body Butter.

Shipping costs vary depending on your address and your order. You will have to review the shipping costs at the time of purchase.

We accept debit and credit card payments only at this time.

After your order has been shipped, it can take 3-5 business days to receive.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped we can however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. Here’s a link to the full refund policy.

Yes, we often have sales and send out promotional offers to those that are subscribed to our mailing list.
